The gift shop sells olive wood and ceramic crafts made locally in Palestine. The olive wood gifts are all hand made by local Palestinian Christians for whom their handiwork is their primary source of income. The ceramic crafts are made in Hebron.
The profit from gift shop sales is used to support the operation of the College and its various ministries.
